More Pictures from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic US Lawmakers

Site layouts for the financier's private tropical island featured within the images.

Furthermore included in this latest document release is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.

You can see the plan is a channel, a waterway in the region, indicated on the bottom right.

The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a legend labelling different sections of the estate.

Accompanying this are what seem to be several other site drawings and construction drawings, including designs for boat shelters.

Further documentation made public as part of the current congressional disclosure.
